about
I'm David L. Sinden.
I'm an organist, which basically means I play the organ. This also means that I spend a lot of time in churches. Sometimes I read books on theology, liturgy, liturgical theology and/or Christian spirituality for fun. I'm obsessed with liturgy. It's weird. I know.
I'm an Episcopalian which basically means I worship God. This also means that I know stuff about the liturgical year and monstrances.
I have a special fondness for fountain pens, photography, Post-It Notes, umbrellas and Weezer. I prefer Bach to Kuhnau, Vierne to Widor, Sibelius to Mahler, Star Wars to Star Trek, Britten to Tippet, Knight Rider to Knight Ridder.
If I could, I would sing hymns all day.
I love airports.
